I have been playing guitar for 20 years and violin for 14 years in all styles including classical, jazz, pop, middleastern, Indidan, Turkish, Macedonian, Gypsy and fusion.
In addition to these instruments I play the keboards, Ney-middleeastern reed flute ond the oud-middleeastern fretless double stringed lute.
I perform locally for various self produced events as well as record and collaborate with other bands and composer songwriters.
I have been performing violin with the UCLA ethnomusicology Department for 14 years.
SMC Orchestra for two years.
Currently a violin player in the newly formed Souhail Kaspar Ensemble.

I am a 26 year old drummer originally from Shreveport , Louisiana, currently in Bristol Tennessee. I play all kinds of music : Rock, blues, country,Etc. and can learn those i don't know: Metal, salsa, funk etc. My influences are very classic rock based, Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Grand Funk Railroad, But I also have some new ones as well, Killswitch Engage, Sanctus Real, Maylene And The Sons of Disaster Etc. I've played in several praise and worship teams, Two King College theater Productions, and two to three bands of my own, only opne of which actually made it to a recording studio.I need to be paid. 500 and up. Hard Rock Vocalist Needed NOW!!! (04 - 01 - 2008)
Professional band is now seeking experienced vocalist
for working project. We are experienced, have pro
audio gear, pro attitudes, rehearsal space and great
material. Soon to be playing.
What we expect from you: First off, pitch control and being able to sing in key is a MUST! Secondly, We will not deal with substance abusers, people who do not
show up at practice or show up constantly late and unprepared. Since most of our work will be in clubs you need to be people friendly, be able to present the material well and work the crowd and the room and be a team player.
If you are interested in working every weekend with a team and making money then please respond. We do primarily 80's metal and classic rock.. but it all has
a heavy edge .. We cover material such as; Ozzy, Priest, Megadeth, Dio, Crue, Deep Purple and the like. Age or gender really does not matter. We will work pretty much every weekend as well as various festivals and events.

I have been playing for about 10 years my playing sounds like Brad Paisley mixed with Slash, Clapton, and small amount BB King. I have been in several projects that just never really did anything I am looking to just get out there and play and go from there. I have some decent gear(not pro though). I use two main guitars a fat strat copy and a pre factory prs kncokoff, through a gfx-5 into a peavey renown 400 4x12 combo.
