I am a California native, born in Los Angeles in 1966. I am the youngest of four boys. My earliest influence and inspiration in music has to be my Auntie Gogi, most recognized as Gogi Grant. She is a true icon from the 1950's & 60's. It was at a very young age of about 4 or 5, after seeing her perform at various family functions, when I realized that one could sing and perform their own music.
