I have proper songs people feel even when done with just a solo instrument and voice.
I'll cover everything if I believe in the other 2 members.
One male singer (hopefully with some guitar) who can sing high B (above middle C) in FULL voice.
On female singer, distinctive. Instrument playing always welcomed... obviously.

My MAIN INSTRUMENTS are KEYS - LEAD and SUPPORT VOCALS and LIVE PERFORMANCE technology.

Me: singer/writer/player pre-manager/gig-producer/booker
THE SHORT: expecting to hear from a guy and girl one of whom would need to play some guitar. With these two, or even one person(s) i should find it effortless to walk in and sell it.
We'd be gigging with me behind the 2 front people. With a tiny live rig. No sitting around demoing whatsoever. We all sing and play. I'll run the show both in-ear monitor mix and house mix.
attainable: 40-100 days max.
essentially: if others think you sing, and you also play some guitar I've readied a tiny live rig that should satisfy the gig cravings while still letting me do the biz. Doing things 'my-way' is simply one person doing it WHICH incorporates all the pulling together of everyone's open thoughts. And I do mean open. Creating a professional need between players takes some initial say whatever you like stuff. There's a lotta freedom in that.

NOTE: I have two hats. clear concise biz-hat / free-associative random mus-hat. only ever don one at any time.
the biz hat is all biz and openly warmly blunt. Good, for one, for saying what we mean/think well, while allowing for amendments at any time. READ: I find treating another as I treat myself to be the proof of genuine friendship or sorta, equality. 'cause I've seen that everyone does cool things.
Prefer that the pace is way way up on that (makes for more music-ing) and I seem to do well avoiding much bruising. I'm saying I'm my own biggest fan AND the necessary counter-balance, being: I've found giving myself a good thrashing at every opportunity fantastic.
