About me: I played 5+ years professionally, Google YukonRyder and check out my music ( 2 CDs) Im dreaming of a 3 or 4 piece ensemble that can play acoustic originals, folkie old stuff, country, gospel, bluegrass like for mostly video and a few live gigs. About me: I was the frontman and multi-instrumentalist in a local band here for a long time, moved to SW Florida for a family business and ended up being a full-time musician there. I've played in a lot of styles in a lot of situations, and gotten to really stretch my versatility and chops. I'd like to join a working band with like-minded musicians who take the grind and the music, but not themselves, seriously. Ideally looking for a fairly high-energy pop-punk, late 70s-early 80s kind of band, but I love the fun stuff from the 90s and 00s. I'd love to find/start something within (but not limited to) the Venn diagram of The Clash, The Police, Talking Heads, The Jam, Joe Jackson, The Fixx, XTC, Elvis Costello, Guster, Squeeze, Psych Furs - all the way through to Blur, Blink 182, Goldfinger, Lit, Firewater, and a whole host of other bands too numerous to mention. I just really miss the energy of a group of friends who work hard, rock out, and have fun.

About me: Hi, I'm a committed, proficient guitarist. Super friendly and flexible. I take music "seriously", but in the end I like to have fun with it all. I write originals (I have a good knowledge of music theory), play covers, etc. I like all kinds of music (metal mostly is what I actually listen to). I started with classic rock and metal, then began listening to some newer metal bands, and I love all of it so you'll find a big variety of influences in my original stuff. I'm a relative novice when it comes to playing live, but I am super into that and really want to do it more and get better at it.
Favorite groups (these aren't the only ones I like of course but should give you some idea of my preferences): Dream Theater, Lorna Shore, Ghost, Motionless in White, Gojira, Slipknot, Slaughter to Prevail, Cattle Decapitation, Spiritbox, Meshuggah, Knocked Loose, Candlemass, Queensryche, Metallica, Iron Maiden, Megadeth, King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard (just their metal stuff), Slayer, Dragonforce, Testament, Judas Priest, Led Zeppelin, Rush, Blue Oyster Cult, Jack White.

About me: I’m in a serious, original grunge band with a high-output track record:
* Released: 1 Full Album + 1 EP.
* In Progress: A second LP is currently being mixed.
* The Sound: Often compared to the heavy sludge of Alice In Chains, the soaring dynamics of Soundgarden, and the rhythmic complexity of Tool.
Who We Need: We aren’t looking for a human metronome or someone to just fill a spot. We want someone with their own identity who can enhance our established sound. You should be comfortable with heavy dynamics, intricate pocket-playing, and driving a big sound.
Location & Age:
* Age Range: We are looking for someone between the ages of 21–27.
* We are a suburb-based band. Our current members are spread out forming a triangle covering most of the Western and Northwestern suburbs, so anyone living within or near this area would be an ideal match for rehearsals.
The Audition Process:
1. Online Phase: We send you a track (with and without drums). Send us back a video of you playing over the drumless version.
2. In-Person Phase: If we vibe, we’ll move to a live rehearsal to run a few more tracks.
