About me: I'm a singer/songwriter and currently perform solo or in a duo with a bassist friend. I play my own songs, which are sometimes very personal, sometimes about curious subjects. Style is contemporary folk and as a duo we use vocal harmonies. I/we perform regularly at open mics and sometimes as the main act with a longer set. I'm mostly focused on live performance, but I have a lot of recording experience and some moderately good home studio equipment. I have many years experience (on and off) but been doing the latest stuff since the pandemic ended!
I'm looking for a singer and/or other instrumentalists. My own vocals are ok, but I'd really like to work with a better singer and use more vocal harmonies. Also, adding another instrument or percussion would make things very interesting. Songwriting and lyrics are very important. I write all my own songs at the moment, but I'm very open to other songwriters or collaborators. I'd also be interested in performing occasional covers.

About me: What I love making most is acoustic and sort of folk-ish. I play 6 & 12 string guitars, and banjo. I do a lot of picking, I like non-standard tunings. I learn by ear and compose intuitively.
I'd like to develop some original songs, maybe a few covers, with more of an English rather than American sound (though I like a lot of American sounds too).
Up for clubs, festies, Open mics, and whatever comes.
I just love making music, collaborating, and performing to reasonably appreciative audiences (the last few years experience has taught me that boozy pub gigs and crowd-pleaser tunes are not my cup of tea, fun though it was). I don't mind where it goes, as long as we're enjoying it. I do take the music-making quite seriously, whilst having fun too. Regular practice is a must, at least fortnightly, ideally weekly.
I write songs quite often, many never grow but some I think are good and people like them.

About me: Hellooo, I’m primarily a guitarist and I have been playing for about 3 years now.
I love listening to everything but when it comes to playing I prefer gothic rock, post-punk and indie tunes.
