About me: I'm primarily a songwriter. I write soft rock songs on guitar. I call it "the most 'vanilla' music you'll ever hear!" It's "vanilla," and I own up to that.

My elevator speech is "If James Taylor and Colbie Caillat had a baby, and Joni Mitchell was the godmother." That's what I have in me songwriting-wise, although I listen to many genres and artists. It might be America one day, then Neon Trees the next.

I need to be upfront: I'm a part-timer. I'm also starting a graphic design business, and I'm finishing a BS in psychology next year. But making music is my favorite thing, so I want to blend it with my other activities.

I put "Rather Not Say" about my age because I will work with anybody in any age range, and I don't want people thinking I'll only work with people in a particular range. I don't care! I'll happily discuss my age when we connect. But I truly do not have limits on that.
