I haven’t had a woman throw her panties at me yet, but came close to it. I love all kinds of music except for hip hop and new country singers that sound like bubblegum pop. I like the old timers like Johnny Cash and Merle Haggard. They put their souls into their music without a studio tone machine. Oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention George Straight and Hank Snow! ...click to see more
Craig Graham is one of those artists who not only writes and performs all his own music but also produces and arranges His sound is unique and blends bouncy memorable melodies with driven rhythms creating a rich mix of extraordinary music There are touches of Metheny Garcia and Beck but these influences are only hinted upon as he steers the music into a new distinct and poised sonic landscape that is truly the one and only Craig Graham
Independent Musician and Producer Brian Pearson
I first saw the Craig Graham band in the late 90s I was impressed with his creativity His original songs hooked me along with his brilliant improvisation
Craigs output has not stopped He continues to write and gig Over the years Ive played his songs many times His music is laidback rhythmic and grooving all at once His balladic streak is very sensitive but his upbeat tunes carry you along with them His work harks back to Pat Metheny or Mike Stern but simpler more assessable in a way almost slicker Hes got a little of the Grateful Dead in his veins as well but we all know how great that is by the jazz artist whove played with them and respect them Hes been on the scene for a generation and his music is of that generation Its needless to say the plethora of genres and influences associated of that generation He writes in a jazzrock genre but produces a kind of country comfort and can even get some Latin rhythmic variations in there Great stuff

My background
I know they say "Guitarists are a dime a dozen" but I've played the guitar quite seriously since I was 13yrs old and have built up a ton of skills. I'm looking for solid players, with confidence on their instruments to form a new band. I've played lead guitar in multiple bands over the years. Genres wise, I am more inclined toward traditional hard rock and blues although I played in a funk band back in college and am happy to mix it up and play other stuff too ...click to see more
