Ron Roper is a musician chameleon from GA, who as an accomplished pianist, organist, and singer, has toured internationally with Derek Trucks and Tinsley Ellis. An often sought "hired gun" for various blues, jazz, funk, and rock bands, his tasteful versatility and superb chops adds a fire to any entourage with whom he performs live and in studio. From singing with Bobby Blue Bland to jamming with such artists as Gregg Allman, Albert Collins, Jimmy Thackery, Jimmy Hall, and Col Bruce Hampton, he always contributes his own unique cohesive musical prowess even in his countless solo piano shows where you can frequently find him. Along with his professional achievements, he is also a lifelong gospel pianist and singer steeped in the old school tradition of the Speer Family and Albert Brumley. As a composer, his work has been used in television and recorded by internationally acclaimed recording artists.

Wanted: pianist/keyboard player to hire for stipend for some sessions to accompany me on classic songs I want to work on. Pop, Rock, Jazz, broadway, and some of my own pieces.

I'm a singer, composer, actor, writer, director, hoping to find new musical connections with like minded souls who want to create and form a band. I'm a very young 66 years old, a couple of years out from day-job retirement (also in tech arts) and getting a jump on creating my next life adventures of recording studio fun and live performances. Let's try it out, play, sing, jam, discover how/if we can work together and develop exciting new projects.

I've got a big bass/baritone voice and sing everything from Big Band: Sinatra, Buble & Cincotti, to Rock: Jethro Tull, Beatles, Pink Floyd, and Carol King, Linda Ronstadt, Janis Joplin, (some women's power songs just work in my voice) my own music, and hopefully some of your music too. What do you do? I've been singing all my life but am relatively new to composing and putting out music - some of which can be found on Spotify, Apple Music, etc, with videos on YouTube.
