About me: Bass player looking to form an experimental band/project with a keyboard/synth player (to begin with). Interested in making original music with someone who wants to explore ideas rather than reproduce formulas or chase perfection. Looking forwards not backwards.
Open to experiments with post-punk, ambient, noise, groove-based music, dances, electronic, cinematic atmospheres, classical - ideally the outcomes are unclassifiable.
I enjoy bass as both pulse and texture. Sometimes that means locking into a groove, sometimes building atmosphere, space or noise. I use pedals and loops and like seeing where ideas develop through collaboration.
Main priority is creativity, openness and experimentation. Open mics / gigs would be great eventually, but the focus is on making interesting music first with someone who is curious, inventive and willing to take experimental risks.
