About me: I'm a guitarist looking for musicians to join a noise group, aiming to be slow, low and heavy (for the most part) with influences from gutteral, visceral noise bands outside of that. I am open to the use of programming/sampling/electronics - especially anything involving the live manipulation of these things - as well as any other instruments (would love a dirty, skronky sax).
I will try not to waste anyone's time by getting in early to say that "metal" and "electronic" in the genres are misleading - but they are the best fit for what I'm after
I want to make the musical equivalent of the films of Bela Tarr, the paintings of Goya and Bacon, and the writing of EM Cioran. I would like it to be overwhelming and possibly disgusting in places. Nonetheless cathartic. No solos or licks.
