About me: Hi,
I’m Bruno Ribeiro, guitarist for the punk rock band Peter118. I saw your ad and I’m reaching out because we are looking for a powerhouse drummer to join our lineup for an intensive 2026 gigs and tours when needed. Initially we need a backup drummer to cover gigs and tours outside the UK that most likely our drummer will not be able to cover. However, in case the drummer leaves the band you will have a spot for you as member.
Who we are:
We are a mission-driven punk band based in the UK but with deep Brazilian roots. Our sound blends the raw aggression of classic punk with the melodic hooks of 90s skate-punk. We’ve spent years building a "no compromise" reputation from the UK to Japan to California and Brazil.
Band Highlights & Reputation:
• Global Airplay: Our tracks have been championed by the legendary Rodney Bingenheimer (SiriusXM/KROQ) and featured on Kerrang! Radio, BBC Introducing, and Total Rock.
• Brazilian Connection: We have a strong presence in the Brazilian underground and Christian punk scenes, frequently featured in media discussing the impact of punk and faith through the MS Metal Agency Brasil which manages our career in South America.
• Proven Stage Presence: We’ve played major stages like the Slam Dunk Festival (UK) and toured extensively across the US and Europe.
• Constant Momentum: We are currently pushing new music, including our latest Global Easter double singles and the Rolling Stone EP and 4 new songs already recorded in FEB 2026 that will add to 4 more we will record soon and will be part of a full new album to be launched in 2027.

• New Singles: "Die For You" and "Rise In Me" were released, with "Rise In Me" arriving on Easter Sunday 2026.
• Chart Success: "Die For You" secured the top spot on Amazon Music’s Best Sellers in rock and Amazon Music UK's Hot New Releases.
• Upcoming Tour: The band announced a tour of the USA.
• Musical Style: The new music continues their fast-paced, punk rock sound, described as featuring, "catchy hooks" and "resurrection hope".
