About me: I'm a semi pro musician with plenty of experience in the function bands scene playing with many pro bands as a general session player (yeah yeah, I'm one of "those journeyman" types...).
I'm currently having a bit of a rethink with regards to music and have decided I would like to find a group of like-minded musicians who are NOT "in it for the money" and would like to help revive the pub scene with me. This will involve finding all the struggling pubs and doing some gigs for free (or for free beer) to give them the leg-up they need to keep going.
I'm looking for a strong line-up of good quality musos with their ego in check and their minds open who are willing to go and rock out some pubs and small venues for ****s and giggles for the greater good ("the greater good").
I've purchased a domain name for the band and ready to divulge all the details to those who are up for making this happen.
I'm thinking of a solid 4/5 piece led by a good strong singer guitarist willing to take on some epic covers that will allow us to stand out from the rest.
