About us: I was musically trained at North Texas State School of Music. Majored in Jazz Ed. Then I studied Orchestration in NY. I'm looking to start a very funky, yet at times technical and versatile classic pop, rock, and soul band doing cover tunes and mixing in my originals. I would love to play with EXPERIENCED solid pros who can read (if necessary) and ABSOLUTELY groove! I can sing lead vocals and harmonize well. I would like to be able to do some gigs as well in the jazz realm too. My main axe is guitar and I'm extremely comfortable playing ANY type of music from HARD rock and syncopated funk to fast swinging straight-ahead jazz. I can improvise over anything you can throw at me. I write and arrange a lot of music too, and that is why I want to do a lot of originals too.
