About me: I played a lot of bass while I was younger, though mostly just for fun. It then fell by the wayside somewhat and in the last 7 years I've rekindled my love for the instrument.
I currently play in a "just for fun" band covering pop punk and 2000's rock and hard rock, so anything from Greenday and Sum41 to Linkin Park and Paramore.
I've also played in a group producing original alt rock music that sadly is no more and I played in a prolific party covers band but needed to step back from this as I couldn't commit to their busy schedule alongside the two other bands.
I find myself with some free time now so I'm looking for another group that is in need of a bass player. Ideally, either a "melodic" hard rock/alt rock originals project or hard rock original covers. But I'm certainly open to other genres! I would be looking to gig a couple of times a month and I'm happy to attend rehearsals every week.
