About me: I have recently left my previous band and am looking to form a new one. My intention is to perform close harmony numbers (eg The Eagles, Beatles, Crosby Stills Nash, Fleetwood Mac, Beautiful South, and numbers like, New Kid in Town, Here Comes the Sun, This Boy, Woodstock, Band on the Run, & lots more.
Am looking for 2-3 more vocalists (male and female) so we can do 3 and 4 part harmonies.
I play rhythm (electric and acoustic) and some lead guitar and do vocal harmonies. Ideally would like to find another lead/rythm guitarist, + bass guitar, keyboards and drums. Ideally we need a lead vocalist (probably male) and another male plus one female to do backing harmonies with me. Maybe the (male) lead vocalist could switch to backing harmonies and 3 of us then support a female doing lead vocals? Am casting the net wide at this stage to see what I can find.
I tend to practice most days (at home) and I / we previously practiced at a local studio once a week (evening) with full band (6 of us) so would ultimately be looking to do same with a new line-up.
Would like us to gig locally (pubs / clubs / events) and especially perform at private functions.
Please call or text me for a chat if interested :
