About me: Bass player looking to join or form an experimental band/project. Interested in making original music with people who want to explore ideas rather than reproduce formulas or chase perfection. Looking forwards not backwards.
Open to experiments with post-punk, ambient, noise, groove-based music, dances, electronic, cinematic atmospheres, classical - ideally the outcomes are unclassifiable.
I enjoy bass as both pulse and texture. Sometimes that means locking into a groove, sometimes building atmosphere, space or noise. I use pedals and loops and like seeing where ideas develop through collaboration.
Main priority is creativity, openness and experimentation. Gigs would be great eventually, but the focus is on making interesting music with people who are curious, inventive and willing to take experimental risks.
