About us: We are putting a band together in the Reading area. Myself and the drummer are in our mid 60’s, the lead guitar player is 60. We are three at present, vocals / guitar, lead guitar and drums. We’ve been rehearsing for a while.We are looking for a bass player, hopefully backing vocals. Our direction is towards covers of 60’s garage / freak beat / psych, 70’s punk / new wave. We don’t want to play the usual cover band material, something a little bit different.
