About us: Scrappy art rock industrial new wave band seeking scrappy art rock industrial new wave guitarist! N!'s sound is in the mélange of diet Nine Inch Nails, Krautrock Bowie melodrama, and left-field French electro with dashes of classic EBM, industrial, and modern pop. I had been working on N! purely as a solo studio project on and off since I was 17, but have made it my main output since 2020, and since self-produced and released 4 EPs and 3 LPs. Some of my frequent collaborators (my wife and our friend) have joined me in evolving this project into a live offering, and so we are excited to now proceed as a proper band. Our goals are to lock into a 20-35 minute set of existing songs and start playing around the Bay end of this year/early next year, but then to work on new music together as a group future releases and shows.
We were 4 months into rehearsals when quite suddenly had to part ways with our friend previously on guitar due to time commitment. So we are looking for a guitarist also willing to touch keys sometimes to round out the gang. Open to all, and would prefer femme/non-binary.
