Find Musicians Available and Musicians Wanted Classified Ads!

About me: Crap guitar player. Could muster up some scales from memory, depending on what song I'm trying to write. Don't expect virtuosity. Harmonics (maybe), hammer-ons and slides I'm okay with, but none of that tapping crap. I could have a go at lead parts, so I'm only really looking for a bassist and a drummer. If a lead/rhythm guitar is available, I'm not opposed. Any fans of Rowland S Howard, Galaxie 500, anything Greg Sage (Wipers), Lou Reed or Hum would have overlaps to what I listen to. However, I'm willing to experiment and adapt. Shoegaze, wierd tunings and just generally trying new things out. I would say punk is the main type of music that I play, but then pop-punk musicians will come after me. Classic punk, 80s/90s "Alternate" and some post-punk would be great to play as a starting point. I have written some bare bones songs myself, so I'm hoping this band will not stay as a covers band. Anyone is welcome (who's close by). Please don't be shy.
