About us: We are an established dance band seeking a new drummer. We play mostly covers from the 60’s through current, covering a wide variety of styles as long there is a dance beat. We practice in SW Portland weekly (currently Monday evenings) and perform mostly at local pubs every 4-6 weeks. We occasionally also play unplugged/acoustic music.We feature strong harmonies (3 lead singers), keys, guitars and bass, plus a sound tech for gigs.

We’re looking for an experienced drummer who can start us off at the right tempo, has a good feel for the pocket on relaxed vs. energetic songs, and can play softer when needed to help us keep the stage volume down. It's important to us to have an easy-going and collaborative atmosphere at practice. If you are interested, we would like to have some audio or video files from you and then we can schedule an audition.
