About us: I'm a singer/songwriter currently recording my first country music album in Morgantown WV. Inspired by 1990's country music, 1950's folk music, and popular artists in the late 1960's. I'm looking to put together a band including: Lead guitar, Bass Guitar, Drums, Fiddle. If you have skills on other instruments that could be a plus but not necessary.
In addition to the country album I'm finishing, I am also working on Christian Contemporary songs. Many of my songs cross over into Christian/Country on the album.
All of the session musicians on my record are top notch. Must have the skill, be willing to put in the time individually, and be dependable when we come together to practice. The band will be a family friendly environment with the upmost professionalism.
No joke, I was recently introduced at a singers club in Morgantown as "one of the greatest country music singers in West Virginia." The man had only heard one of my songs and I sang a chorus for him that lasted ten seconds. Most people don't know me yet but that will change when the first release comes out in March.
Which is why I'm looking for you! I'd like to get the band together and start playing live by summer. The goal is to be the next Oliver Anthony, but with uplifting songs. In two years or less, we'll be playing in front of thousands!
