About me: I want to form a band. I play classic rock, hard rock, heavy metal and jazz. I have also written and published many original hard rock songs that are available for streaming on the internet. I am retired and I'm looking for dedicated musicians. All ages welcome. I really would like to broaden my horizons and try some more intricate and detailed cover songs, as well as writing and performing some original material. Artist that interests me are Frank Zappa as well as other progressive type Rock bands. I need serious minded musicians that have a good talent level. I need musicians with a basic understanding of music theory. Being able to sight read is a plus but not necessary. I have a rehearsal space. You must be willing to travel. I do not want to limit myself to one local area. No politics or religion please.
